If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Sarah et Julien ont été très accueillants et réactifs sur la plateforme. Nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans les Vosges. Le véhicule est parfaitement équipé ! Si vous aimez l'aventure, foncez !

Tout était génial! La voiture est superbe, les tentes très agréables et spacieuses (on a très bien dormi), c'est très facile à mettre en place également, il y a tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin (draps, sièges, tables, oreiller, draps, serviettes, produits d'entretien, papier toilette, hamac, sel, poivre, vaisselle... bref tout tout tout y est!). Julien et Sarah sont flexibles, gentils et de très bons conseils. On recommande vivement de louer leur véhicule pour partir à l'aventure!

Une expérience au top !
Un véhicule entretenu et équipé pour des aventures dans les confins de nos régions.
Nous sommes partis à en couple avec 3 enfants en bas âges et bien ... Ça le fait !
Julien et Sarah sont à l'écoute et passionnés.
C'est un vrai Airbnb sur roue qu'ils proposent.

Propriétaire très sympathique et très arrangeant. Le véhicule loué est très fiable et correspond aux indications de l'annonce. Nous avons vécu de très belles aventures cet été dans les Pyrénées avec ce Def. Quelques suggestions faires faites à Julien sur l'aménagement de son Def pour gagner en confort, qui prendra en considération à coup sûr. Vous voulez vivre en famille une expérience inoubliable, n'hésitez-pas !!!
