This is Mamute, a campervan full of personality! I assure you that it does not go unnoticed on the street :) It is a strong van, but to be driven with love, time and affection :) You will live great adventures in it, I am sure. The most important part: it was all done by me :)
The van is in São João da Madeira. It's one hour away from Porto. There are many ways to get here. But I can pick you up on the train on Ovar, free of charge, or on the bus on Santa Maria da Feira, free of charge too! Any other pickup point, like Porto airport, send a message to know the costs!
Remember it's an old van, plan your trip counting on that!
There is a possibility of adding an extra bed (for 3 people). Let me know if you want that.
ATTENTION - I offer a phone call with me for half an hour in which I can give "advice" on travel in a van! : p And lots of tips for spots to stay! You can check out my instagram page @followthesuntravel to see that I have plenty of experience of traveling in Portugal :)

If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

The renting was amazing from A to Z. Joao is a great host, and took extreme care that we would enjoy as much as possible this experience. The van is very comfortable, well-thought, robust and funny. I totally recommend. :)

João is the best.
He helped us out on where to stay, what are nice spots and also helped us excellent when the car broke down.
I'll definitely book it myself again to visit the south, and I'm recommending him to everyone I know.
