Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Très bonne location de van avec Alain qui s'est rendu disponible pour nous. Il nous a proposé deux spots très sympas pour se poser.
Le van dispose d'une douchette très pratique avec un bon réservoir, pas besoin de le recharger tous les jours.
Nécessaire de cuisine convenable et pratique. Le lit est très confortable. Attention, il n'y a pas de cache vue pour la luminosité mais les fenêtres sont teintées donc c'est pas mal.
Visiter Ibiza en van est une super expérience.
Petit conseil : pensez à bien prendre des photos au départ de l'état du van afin de faciliter le rendu du véhicule à la fin et être sûr de son état entre l'avant et l'après.

La furgo estaba genial, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días y disfrutar de la isla. El propietario se portó genial con nosotros...nos ayudó y aconsejo un montón de cosas que hacer y dónde dormir por la isla, sin duda repetiremos con el, chaval muy amable y se nota que disfruta con lo que hace.
