Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

The owner was always available and responsive, helpful and communicative. I could not ask for anything better. The vehicle was perfectly clean and despite having a couple of minor issues (water tank moved as I drove and I didn't have access to water for a bit), they promptly replied and fix the problem as soon as it was possible.
I'd definitely recommend hiring a campervan with them and I'll definitely come back to them when back in the islands.
As for trip tips, the best one I'd give is: choose well the place where you stay overnight, as you could be surprises there is a better one just around the corner.

Mezzo pulito, fornito di tutto il necessario. La ragazza che ci ha incotrati il giorno dell'arrivo è stata disponibile e chiara. Ci ha spiegato tutto il necessario. Ci è venuta a prendere in aereoporto e ci ha riaccompagnati il giorno della partenza.
Esperienza stupenda che consigliamo vivamente, nonostante non fosse la prima volta a Fuerte, abbiamo scoperto l'isola sotto un lato nuovo ed emozionante, anche grazie all'utilizzo del Van.

Il miglior modo di passare del tempo a Fuerteventura, Il caddy di Rafa è il top, completo negli accessori , agile, ottimo anche sulle strade di terra battuta che contraddistinguono l'isola. Inutile dire che con lui non vi perderete nemmeno un alba o un tramonto. Simpaticissima e superdisponibile anche la ragazza che ci è venuta a prendere all'aeroporto e ci ha consegnato il van. Lo consiglio a tutti!!!!!

Zenaida vino a buscarnos al aeropuerto y nos ayudó en todo momento. La furgoneta estaba muy bien preparada y pudimos disfrutar de ella. Al tratarse de un vehículo que se usa también fuera de caminos convencionales está un poco más envejecida pero también te permite visitar lugares que en otros vehículos no llegarías o no al menos con la tranquilidad de ir en esta furgoneta.

La mejor opción para conocer la isla a fondo.
Tuvimos la oportunidad de hacer de esta furgo nuestra casita por cuatro días y estamos encantados. Es pequeña y compacta pero no hemos echado nada de menos, tiene absolutamente todo lo necesario para el día a día y más!.
Los neumáticos son un plus para recorrer los caminos no asfaltados de la isla.
Todo perfecto, repetiríamos sin duda, y el personal muy pero que muy amable nos vino a recoger al aeropuerto tanto a la ida como a la vuelta, que se agradece un montón!

Das Fahrzeug war für spanische Verhältnisse optisch in einem Top zustand😉 Technisch war das Fahrzeug einwandfrei. Die Übergabe war sehr detailliert und professionell. Dort würde ich definitiv wieder einen Camper mieten.
