If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Première expérience de vacances en van. 12 jours de pur bonheur. Maxime le propriétaire est très sympa et à l’écoute. Son véhicule est très confortable, propre et bien équipé. Il se conduit facilement et en douceur. Nous avons très très bien dormi avec notre fille de 7 ans qui avait sa chambre à l’étage. Le top!!
Si nous devons repartir, nous penserons donc à Maxime sans hésitation.

Le van est agréable, conforme à la description.
Maxime communique bien, il est arrangeant pour la remise et le dépôt du véhicule tant sur l'heure que sur le lieu .
