Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Nous avons vécu une très belle expérience en famille dans le camping-car de Cédric.
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Cédric qui a pris le temps de bien nous expliquer le fonctionnement de son camping-car. Un grand merci !
L'agencement intérieur du camping-car est bien optimisé et très fonctionnel, ce qui nous permis d'être à l'aise à 5.
Nos trois enfants âgés de 4 à 8 ans étaient ravis de se partager les deux couchages du fond et nous n'avons pas eu besoin d'utiliser le couchage sur la banquette de "la salle à manger" (ce qui a quelque peu simplifié notre logistique nocturne).
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse, la patience et la disponibilité de Cédric durant tout notre voyage ainsi que "le mode d'emploi" en images (très utiles) laissé à notre disposition.
