La Siena 390 Privilege destaca por una enorme habitación separada del habitáculo, con cama de matrimonio en posición central y una gran ducha y WC en la habitación. El comedor es muy espacioso, apto para 5 personas gracias a la mesa extensible, y con mucha luminosidad gracias a la gran claraboya Skyview. La cocina también es muy amplia, con tres fogones, y el frigorífico tiene el mismo tamaño que el de una nevera doméstica, con congelador separado. También dispone de Calefacción independiente, agua caliente y gran autonomía eléctrica gracias a su placa solar ya una batería de gran capacidad. La otra cama de matrimonio la encontramos en el techo del comedor: cuando es hora de acostarse, sólo tenemos que apretar un botón y baja eléctricamente en 10 segundos. La quinta plaza para dormir se realiza mediante una extensión y la mesa del comedor. Garaje independiente.
