Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Nous sommes conducteur de train pour Mr, et préparatrice en pharmacie pour Mme.
Nous avons à nous 2, 3 enfants: 2 ados de 14 et 11 ans, et une petite fille de 2 ans.
Propriétaire de ce camping car neuf, nous aimons beaucoup voyager, et idéalement là où il y a peu de monde.
Nous habitons au sud de Compiègne, à 45 min de Charles de Gaulle, et proche gare de Pont Sainte Maxence, Chevrière et Compiègne.
