João's Camper

This was my first time renting a van and driving one! The host was super helpful and very thoughtful. The van gave me an awesome experience regards the difficulty climbing ramps. But who needs to go faster when enjoyng the drive? The van was well equiped with everything you need to cook. 

I went as a solo traveler and it was a great experience. 

We explored the coast of Portugal with João's van. The van is super nice and even though we were in Portugal in the winter, the van wasn't too cold. João vas really welcoming and available all the time. He and his van made our time in Portugal even better. Thank you!

The communication with John was super easy. He was always available for questions not only regarding the Van but also tips for the travelling.

The Van definetly has everything what you would need for a trips through Portugal and is not equipped with unnecessary or too many decorative elements. 

Super van trip! Me and my friend rented the van for a whole week, we traveled from Lisboa toward the South (Sagres, Lagos, Albufeira...) And then back to the north (Coimbra, Porto and the Duoro valley). We didn't have any problem so far: the van is furnished and ready for a road trip. Joao is a perfect owner! From the moment we arranged the booking until we got back to the airport he has been friendly and accomodating. We definitely will book his van again when we'll come back in Portugal!

The whole process of renting the van of Joao has been perfect from the first point of contact to the very end! We had an absolutely amazing trip through the South of Portugal without any problems. At all times, Joao has been a very reliable and upmost friendly owner, giving us great trips throughout the whole trip. Communication has always been easy and left us with a positive feeling when giving back the van. When we are back in Portugal, Joao and his vehicle will likely be our choice again. 

Everything was incredibly amazing : Joao was lovely and really arranging from the beginning to the end of our trip, and there is no doubt to say that thanks to him and the Van the three of us had such a wonderful time ! Super well-furnished, easy to drive, every details designed to make the journey pleasant and comfy, you won't do anything else but enjoy :). Again a big thanks to Joao and his wife, and special cheers to the Van that was the best fellow traveller ! We will definitely recommand and rent it again ☀️

Great van to discover portugal. Joao is a great owner. Me and my girl, we drove from lisboa to Sagres and surfed along the coast and did some great cooking. It was perfect

Everything was great! The communication with Joao was perfect. He us really friendly and has a human attitude. Joao is really the best car owner you can meet ❤️ The van is awesome. It is older car but we didnt have a single problem and ejoyed the stay a lot! It is totally equiped and cozy. We would give 6 stars if possible. 

Joao has been very helpful and kind during the whole rental process. He gave us advises and tips for our travels and also helped us with any small issues that we faced during our journey. The van was equipped as described and working well. Overall great experience, highly recommended! 

Joao was incredibly helpfull, he came drop off the van at my place, explain all little things in details and even left us a bottle wine as present :).
The van itself is really nice and quite easy to drive, we spent severals days wondering on the west coast of Portugal, it was like traveling in a little cocoon, it was very comfortable.
The van was super clean and we had every thing we need, coocking devices, cutlery, lamps, shower device etc..

João is a very reliable and friendly person! He explained the van very well, brought us the van and even picked it up in Porto for us and brought us to the airport. The van is fully equipped with everything you need for a Roadtrip. João and his wife are very nice and easy going!

João is very friendly, relaxed and uncomplicated. The handing over of the Van worked without any problems. We really liked our trip with that charming old car that is very well equipped. We didn't miss a thing :) 

Joao is a great guy to hire the van from! He is very helpful in explaining everything about the van. Gave us some great advice about our trip :) (we wouldnt have found Odeceixe).

The van is in a good condition, easy to drive, beds very comfortable and it has everything you need for your trip.

We rented the campervan for 9 days and had an amazing time discovering South Portugal in it. 

The owner is very friendly, great communication before and during our rental. He explained everything to us before we hit the road and gave us a bottle of lovely portugese wine.

Campervan has very comfortable bed. There is gas stove for cooking, cups, plates, washing liquid... everything you need. 

There is even a coffee machine working with  capsules but we couldn't use it as required power was too high to use campervan's DC/AC converter source and we didn't stay at camping. But we used the cooking stove to make our coffee.

We brought our own soft lights to hang it in the campervan which was a good idea as otherwise there is only one light source. 

Overall the experience with van vas good. Travelling with a freedom to stay wherever you want is absolutely amazing. 

The price for renting was really good but you need to be aware that it's an old car that may be harder to drive than what you are used to at home.

Overal we had a great holiday!!!

Joao is a great person! He was very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our traveling in his  van. He would reply to our messages very quickly. He gave us tips for our trip. Van is ideal for 2 people, it has a portable shower, coffee machine and a very comfortable bed! Thanks for experience! :-)

It was such a pleasure to meet Joao and his wife. They let us feel at home since the beginning, showing us kindness and availability. The van is clean, well organised and full of useful tools for a van life.

Desde el primer momento Joao se porto super bien con nosotros. Vino a buscarnos al hotel y nos dejo en el aeropuerto. La furgl es perfecta para recorrer portugal. Ha sido una experiencis muy bonita, volveremls a repetir!!!! Muchas gracias por todo Joao. Un saludo desde  Bilbao!
