Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.

If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Alles war perfekt. Der Wagen ist in einem super Zustand. Wir haben ihn allerdings nicht zum Campen genutzt, die Außendusche war nach der Surfsession Gold wert.

El viaje en la furgoneta de Aderito ha sido perfecto. Con respecto a la furgo, súper bien equipada y acondicionada, contaba con todas las cosas que se podría necesitar en un viaje de estas características, además de tener una cama súper cómoda y un espacio muy acogedor. Por otra parte, la furgo se conduce súper bien, y el sistema que tiene incorporado para los peajes (via verde) facilita mucho el viaje si decides viajar por autopista.
El trato con Aderito y su hijo ha sido muy cercano, siempre han atendido nuestras dudas y las han resuelto súper pronto. Sin duda, si nos planteáramos un viaje de nuevo por Portugal, nos gustaría volver a contactar con ellos, y recomendamos a todo aquel que busque un viaje de este tipo que lo haga con su furgoneta.

It was a pleasure renting the car.The car was in a very good condition, and really good to drive. However, some minor details were not as in the add. Eg there was no usb port and there was no possibility to connect a phone to the radio. The car had nearly everything needed for a van-trip, only minor things were lacking e.g. in the kitchen (a cutting board). The communication with the owner before the rental was really nice and without any problems. Returning the car was unfortunately not as smooth because of quite some waiting time.All-in-all, the Van did a good job and we enjoyed driving through beatiful Portugal.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit mit dem Van. Der Van ist in einem super Zustand, gut zu fahren und er enthält alles wichtige, was man für einen Vantrip braucht. Aderito war jederzeit erreichbar und ein sehr netter Vermieter.

I did a long trip and the van worked perfectly all the time. It has all the basic equipment you need for a fully happy trip. The owner is friendly and helpful, he explained everything I needed to know and we were in communication all the time in case I had any doubt. It was a wonderful experience that I certainly will repeat anytime soon.
