Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

O Tiago é super atencioso, explicou bem como funcionava tudo com a Van, o que proporcionou uma viagem extraordinária, com excelentes recordações e vontade de repetir.
A Van estava limpa, a funcionar em pleno, bem quente e confortavel para noites que foram bem geladas, consumos dentro do esperado, e com bom comportamento em estrada sem sobreaquecimentos até mesmo a subir a Serra da Estrela.

It was a great experience! Tiago is an awesome guy, very kind and very helpful. The campervan is perfect, a little bit older but still has everything you need - big water tank, hot water, heating, spacious inside, kitchen with pots and plates, chairs for outside etc. We will definetely rent it again!

Tiago is a beautiful and honest soul. We had everything we needed to travel all around Portugal for 2 weeks. The camper is super cosy and easy to drive. Even if it looks a bit old school, it has an excellent engine which never causes problems! Can't wait to be back :)

Foi a nossa primeira experiência numa autocaravana e foi incrível. É mesmo uma casa ambulante, com todos os confortos. Poder parar em locais com uma vista incrível, tomar um banho de água quente, cozinhar o jantar e ficar a ver o pôr do sol e a beber um gin tónico, despreocupadamente, é um luxo que só uma autocaravana nos dá.
O Tiago foi sempre super prestável e profissional. A caravana estava incrivelmente limpa e cuidada, com todas comodidades e utensílios necessários.
Surpreendeu o quão pouco gastou de gasóleo. Fácil de guiar e manobrar. Altamente recomendável.
