Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Très bon propriétaire, qui nous a bien expliqué le fonctionnement.
Le camping car bien équipé.
Pas d'eau chaude durant notre séjour. Attention le lit en haut est petit (pas pour 2 adultes 130cm au buste et 110cm du bassin aux pieds). Les 2 places arrières en roulant ne sont pas confortables pour de longs trajets surtout celle de droite.
Super séjour, conso de 11,8L en moyenne (en montagne dans le vercors) et hors autoroutes, donc bcp de villes. Vu le poids, c'est vraiment peu. Pensez à activer le mode éco de conduite.

C'est un très beau Camping car, facile à conduire et à garer. Il est quasi neuf et tout marche très bien avec en particulier un très beau frigidaire. Il possède 6 vitesses et en route de montagne en conduisant doucement on ne dépasse pas les 10l/100. L'éclairage est bien, le lit confortable avec un lit suspendu pratique. Table et chaises fournis et tous les raccords pour aller dans les stations de vidange. Il faut être prudent car il est bas de l'arrière et passer les bosses sur la route doucement.
