Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

- La caravana: PROS: Es cómoda de conducir, cómoda para dormir y el habitáculo interior tiene buen espacio para estar bien, la cocina, la nevera... lo básico funciona bien. CONS: Está algo vieja, el chorro de los limpias solo echa agua por el lado del conductor, un marco de la persiana se salía el tornillo y había que subirla entre dos, la radio imposible escucharla, el ventilador del techo no funciona... tiene remiendos varios.
- Dueño de la caravana: David es una persona agradable, a la ida no me gustó mucho que no estuviera pendiente de los mensajes en la app dos días antes del comienzo del viaje porque desembocó en que tuve que cambiar mi billete de barco para adaptarme a su horario. Sin embargo a la vuelta nos dejó en el mismo puerto con todos los bultos y eso la verdad es que se agradece mucho.
- El viaje: El viaje en si es maravilloso, conexión con la naturaleza brutal, Fuerteventura es mar y playas viregnes en su más pura esencia. Sin duda repetiré.

Buena estancia en la autocaravana. David estuvo dispuesto ha recogernos en el aeropuerto y nos facilitó el horario de entrega y rapidez en el reembolso de la fianza.

Una experiencia increíble, un contacto muy cercano y dispuesto del propietario y un lujo que sería un placer volver a repetir. 120% recomendable.

Fuerteventura in camper è un'esperienza pazzesca. Temperatura perfetta per dormire, farsi la doccia ed asciugarsi i capelli al vento. Il camper non è nuovo, ma ha tutte le parti importanti funzionanti, è spazioso, pulito ed ci ha portato in tutta l'isola senza alcun problema. Il proprietario gentilissimo, simpatico e molto disponibile. Torneremo con lui anche il prossimo viaggio. Ottimo.

El viaje, a pesar de que hubieran cosas mejorables del propio vehículo ha sido de 10. La disponibilidad de David ha sido plena, puntual y serio. Recomendable.

Quedamos encantados con todo. David es un anfitrión educado, serio, amable y facilito todo desde el primer momento.
La AC aunque tiene sus años va de lujo, muy cómoda en todos los sentidos, algún armario fallaba al abrir o cerrar pero sin importancia. Tuvimos todo lo necesito para estar cómodos, agusto y disfrutar a cien por cien.
La cama es comodísima y la ducha también.
