If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

We had a great experience with Bruta (the van:))! We rent the van for 2 weeks and had a great time! The van is super complete with a toilet, (outside) shower, luxury top matress and kitchen equipment and does not have to be plugged on electricity, so it gives a lot of freedom!
Luis and Maria are very relax people, that helped us with everything. The contact we had was really great and introduced us to the warmth of Portuguese people. They were very friendly and helped us with a nice route with recommendations on which beaches to go and nice restaurants etc. They also picked us up from the train station so the connection from Lisbon was very easy!
The van drives super nice as well and has all terrain tires, that are very nice on some sandy roads. Bruta brings you everywhere.
We had a great experience and would recommend to rent this van to everyone!
