About this van
Hello
I am Azeitona "Olive", a VW T4 from 1998, 1.9 TD, 3 places and I can be picked up in Vila do Conde.
To drive around, i can take 2 adults and 1 children that will have all the imaginable comodities but dont forget vanlife doesn’t mean indulgence. I’m not very big and so is great to travel around with me without being noticed, to park in a "regular" car park and enjoy a different view every day!

- Bed clothing (to 5 or more days rental)

Prices :
Low Season - November to March - 50eur/day (3 days minimum)
Mid Season - April to May - 60eur/day (3 days minimum)
Mid Season - October - 60eur/day (3 days minimum)
High Season - June to September - 70eur/day (7 days minimum)
Extra (under availability and aditional cost per rent)
- Portable toilet - 25 Eur
- Airport or Train/Metro Stations (Porto Region) Pick up and drop off - 25 Eur
- Animal Tax - 30 Eur
* It is demanded 500eur as deposit that will be returned if the van returnes without any damages and all the cleaning rules accomplished.
** For less than 5 days rentals there is a 150km limit per day. Over this limit it is charged 0.5eur per extra km.
**** Minimal age of the driver is 21 yo and must have drivers licence over 1 year by the date of the rental.

Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.
