Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

We hebben de camper bijna 4 weken gehuurd om een onvergetelijke reis door de Algarve te maken.
Daniel en Yuly zijn hele warme en fijne mensen. Ze zijn erg begaan en gedurende onze trip hebben zij altijd voor ons klaar gestaan voor vragen en gaven ze handige tips.
De camper is echt geweldig en van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij raden deze camper zeker aan!!
Daniel en Yuly, nogmaals bedankt en hopelijk zien we elkaar weer in de toekomst!

EN: Julie and Daniel were amazing. They were always great with communication. If we ever needed something they were always there to answer our Question and help us.
They were very hospital and when we picked up the van even invited us in for a cold drink as it was very hot!
The van is amazing. Very spacious with everything you need! Shower works great :)
The water system is great and the hot water comes in very helpful.
Bed is super comfy and there is lots of storage space underneath bed and inside the seats in the living space.
It’s amazing. It is also very well priced compared to a lot of other vans.

ES: Julie y Daniel fueron increíbles. Siempre fueron geniales con la comunicación. Si alguna vez necesitábamos algo, siempre estaban allí para responder nuestra pregunta y ayudarnos.
Fueron muy hospitalarios y cuando recogimos la furgoneta incluso nos invitaron a pasar a una bebida fría ya que hacía mucho calor!
La furgoneta es increíble. Muy espacioso con todo lo que necesitas! La ducha funciona muy bien :)
El sistema de agua es excelente y el agua caliente es muy útil.
La cama es súper cómoda y hay mucho espacio de almacenamiento debajo de la cama y dentro de los asientos en la sala de estar.
Es asombroso. También tiene un precio muy bueno en comparación con muchas otras camionetas.
