Take our 1978 Volkswagen Combi T2 B from WESTFALIA on board ELMER. ELMER has been restored with care and asks only to make you discover all the riches of our heritage!
The combi journey is a unique experience. We learn to settle down, and to live quietly at the rhythm of one of the very first Van Campers.
A combi journey differs from modern vans:
The freeways although less abundant in our area are strongly discouraged, you will have to prefer the more charming and more suitable routes to your vehicle. Its cruising pace and 80 km/h.
His driving and speeding are smooth.
If you want to reunite with family , couple or friends and you are ready to give great care to Eden, I will be happy to accept your rental request.
I only offer rentals at 100km/days. What will not pose any problem our territory is a summary of wonders!
I propose a full rental, the van will be fully equipped for your stay with all the necessary camping equipment, night linen and kitchen equipment, you just have to bring your luggage.
For your nights, Eden is equipped with 4 beds: a 120cm sofa bed downstairs and 1 adult or child hammocks under the roof liftable and a child hammock at the front of the vehicle. Sheets covers and sleeping bags with pillow are at your disposal (wash between each rental of course). You can nevertheless bring your own linen if you wish.
The kitchen is equipped with a stainless steel sink with its water reserve and automatic pump, an electric fridge and hob (a gas stove is also provided to cook outside). You will find all the necessary kitchen equipment provided in the rental with camping table and stool. In order to recharge the small equipments Eden is equipped with sockets lighter cigar and USB.
The most of the rental, is the provision of a stay with hoop of 6.25m² easy to assemble.
You will also have the option to leave your vehicle during the safe rental at my home.
On week rentals possibility to pick you up and take you back to the station of Villefranche de Rouergue.

Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.

If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Superbe expérience avec Elmer pendant une semaine entre le Tarn et l’Aveyron. Le combi est très bien aménagé, tout confort. Une fois la prise en main faite, c’est un plaisir de vadrouiller avec lui. Yohan est très accueillant et prévenant, il prend le temps nécessaire avant le départ et reste disponible tout au long de la location si besoin. Ne pas hésiter pour une expérience sur les belles routes de France !

!!!!! Nom de Zeeuuus ! Yohan !!!! Voilà ce qu’aurait dit Emmett Brown pour cet « Aller vers le passé » à bord d’Eden! Il suffit de taper 1978 sur le convecteur temporel et c’est parti! Un pur moment de bonheur et d’authenticité. La passion et la gentillesse de Yohan vous mettront tout de suite à l’aise pour partir en toute quiétude. Partout où il passe, Eden a un succès fou! Nous avons tout de suite flashé sur Eden, magnifique T2 qui semblait répondre à nos besoins pour voyager avec 2 jeunes enfants 5 ans et presque 3.
La préparation du voyage avec Yohan a été un réel plaisir. Il a pris beaucoup de temps pour s'assurer que nous partions dans les meilleures conditions.
A notre arrivée nous avons été ravis de découvrir Eden et son propriétaire passionné. Eden a été restauré avec grand soin. L'aménagement DEVON a été préservé pour une authenticité à couper le souffle. Tous les équipements sont fonctionnels et très confortables.
Au niveau mécanique, le véhicule est parfait. Ce qui a pu être modernisé l'a été mais sans jamais le dénaturaliser. Yohan a su prendre le temps et trouver les mots pour que nous prenions en main le véhicule avec confiance.
Notre trip a été incroyable. Eden doit être respecté et accompagné en douceur dans les dificultés mais il tient le cap très confortablement !
Un grand merci à Yohan pour ces souvenirs merveilleux !!!

Yohan est un passionné: suivez bien ses conseils pour la conduite de cette perle vintage qui a les caractéristiques mécaniques de son époque. Un véhicule pour profiter d'escapades régionales, certainement pas de longs road trips. Bon aménagement, equipement tres complet et un propriétaire très réactif.
