Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Daí nasceu o sonho de termos uma autocaravana para viajarmos com a Maggie, a nossa cadela pastora alemã.
Adoramos estar perto da natureza, os rios e as barragens são os nossos locais predilectos porque praticamos desportos de natureza. Ao fim do dia montamos a mesa de refeições no exterior e abrimos uma garrafa de vinho e a sentimo-nos em casa. Estar à mesa é um dos nossos prazeres

Hi, we are Nuno and Sílvia
We value simplicity and quality of life a lot, and for some years now we have had the dream of having a mobile home so we could travel with Maggie, our german shepard.
When we go on adventures, we love to be close to nature and our favourite places are rivers and dams because we pratice nature sports.
At the end of the day we set up the dining table outside, open a bottle of wine and we simply feel at home. Sitting at the table is definitely one of our pleasures!
We love to have friens over again this home of ours can also be yours! Take care of her with love and affection. :)
