Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Un viaje estupendo, era nuestra primera incursión en el mundo de las autocaravanas y tanto Eduardo como su mujer, tuvieron toda la paciencia del mundo explicándonos en funcionamiento y dándonos detalles para hacer el viaje más fácil.
La autocaravana es ideal para 4 personas, en nuestro caso, 2 adultos y dos niños. No hemos echado en falta nada y en todo momento Eduardo ha estado pendiente de las dudas que teníamos en el transcurso del viaje.
También fueron muy flexibles en los horarios, facilitándonos tanro la entrega como la devolución de la autocaravana.

E' stata un'esperienza bellissima, abbiamo avuto modo di conoscere persone stupende e visitare luoghi meravigliosi, un ricordo che ci porteremo dietro per tutta la vita.
