If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Some small things didn't work, like the adapter for charging the laptop and I couldn't fold down the back seat, but that are small fixable things. Other than that it's all fine and van has a lot of things and is reliable. Esteban is great and he came last day to take a van where I found a place to be that night.

Esteban's van is the best you can find, new, well organized with shower and toilet and fridge, as well as chairs for the beach, umbrella and a table for picnic. There are also blankets to sleep on. It's very easy to understand the assembly of the car, Esteban will explain everything to you, he is very kind, generous and helpful, he came to pick us up from the airport, and gave us a lot of advice regarding our adventure.
