If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Let me tell you guys: it's just amazing! My sister and I just had everything we needed for a breathtaking roadtrip..and even more! From watertank, camping chairs, spices to even a sunshade...We just loved the car, its easy to drive, you can easily find a spot to park or stay over night with this size of car. If I come again to visit Mallorca by van, for sure i'll take joachims car again, if possible. And beyond the lovely car, joachim is such an adorable and helpful man! Appreciated it a lot! We just forgot the Passport in the car and he made the whole way to the airport again. Thank you so much. My sister and I wish you and your wife all the best! See you next time in mallorca:)

Good experience - the car was clean and fully equipped. Communication with the owner was fast and simple. The only small downside is that we had to wait for 20mins when picking up the car even though we were in contact with the owner. Other than that, would highly recommend!

La comunicación ha sido genial! Tanto Joachim como Vanessa son un encanto y siempre estan disponibles para cualquier duda o problema que suceda a lo largo del viaje. La furgoneta està totalmente equipada y es perfecta para visitar la isla. Llega a todas partes y se puede aparcar sin problema ya que el tamaño es ideal.
Repetiremos sin duda!!!!!

Prima esperienza con la mia ragazza in un mini van, il proprietario è stato super gentile e molto disponibile, sempre col sorriso e rispondeva per qualsiasi dubbio. Abbiamo avuto modo di girare L’isola in 4 giorni, ammirare posti spettacolari e connetterci con la natura di questa isola. Il van era molto comodo e pulito, essendo “piccolo” era più semplice trovare parcheggio, ed era abbastanza attrezzato. Un esperienza molto gradevole che rifarei sicuramente e che consiglierei volentieri!

Our experience was awesome. The owners were very nice and willing to pick us up at the airport. We were able to communicate, despite the language barrier.
The car was in great condition and included everything as it was described. It smelled good and everything was clean, including washed bed linen and towels. It has a good organizational system, so we were able to keep things organized. We definitely reccomend it.
