Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Eric et Patricia sont les heureux propriétaires de Sam, ils sont toujours disponible pour nous aider dans notre voyage. Très sympathique et à l'écoute. Sam est un camping car très bien aménagé, Il a tout pour passer de bonnes vacances à 4 . Merci de nous avoir fait confiance on a vécu une superbe semaine. A refaire.

Sam, le créateur de bonheur ! Petit séjour de 4 jours passé en famille (2 adultes et 2 enfants) autour des plages du Débarquement. Propriétaires soucieux du bien-être des locataires. Véhicule de 2005 certes mais en excellente état et parfaitement entretenu ! Je recommande vivement. Prochain road trip : les châteaux de la Loire ☺️. Merci !!

nous sommes une famille avec 3 garçons 16,14 ET 12 ans.
On adore parcourir les routes en camping car, notre projet de voyage à long terme a été annulé suite Covid
on s'est dit et pourquoi pas faire profiter les autres de notre CC
Nous ne fumons pas et ne voyageons pas avec des mascottes...
