Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Our first ever experience in a campervan.Everything was seamless from booking to enjoying our overnight parks to arrival back home..We both thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would have hesitation in recommending Nigel's campervan.

We had a fantastic time away in our 1st motorhome holiday & got the perfect pitch in the caravan park. We would definately repeat this type of holiday. Though the 1 huge thing that let it down was that the fridge freezer did not work properly for us at all. We'd filled it with a week's supply of groceries. The freezer was just at fridge temperature & the fridge not cold enough to keep our food fresh, so I was gutted that we had to throw all our food out including burgers and steaks for the BBQ's we'd planned throughout the week as it had all went off, resulting in eating out alot more than we wanted and costing us more money.

Nous avons passé un formidable séjour en Irlande au volant du van de Nigel. Le véhicule est tout confort, remarquablement équipé et très propre. Malgré sa taille, la conduite est très agréable et sans difficulté. Nigel met à disposition de nombreux équipements pour faciliter le voyage, on est comme à la maison! Excellente expérience avec un propriétaire très sympathique!

Nigel war so nett und holte uns extra an der Bushhaltestelle ab. Wir nahmen den X1 Bus von Dublin nach Banbridge. Die Übergabe verlief sehr unkompliziert und Nigel zeigte uns alles wichtige zum Fahrzeug. Alles Funktionierte wie besprochen und wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Tipp: unbedingt die App park4night herunterladen ;)
