If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Hemos disfrutado mucho con esta furgoneta camper práctica y sencilla y bien equipada. Las dos personas que se encargan muy reactivas antes y durante el alquiler. Es un vehiculo bastante antiguo convertido en camper asi que hay que tener en cuenta que no hay espacios para recoger (hace falta encontrar vuestros propios metodos), el interior tiene bastantes desperfectos y manchas, la mosquitera de arriba tiene agujeros, cuidado con la configuración de la nevera para que no se apague... (no se nos avisó de todo ello) y la pintura exterior no es de origen asi que es frágil. Alguien nos hizo un micro desconchado en el parachoques delantero y 10 dias después aun no tengo noticias de lo que puede costar ni de la fianza.
