Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Très bon accueil et communication avec les propriétaires. Un véhicule flambant neuf qui a répondu à toutes nos attentes. Autonomie électrique grâce au panneau solaire, petite douche d'appoint, des prises USB partout pour le bonheur connecté de nos enfants, boite automatique... Nous étions deux adultes et trois adolescents. Nous mettions une tente extérieure en plus.

Nous avons vécu un excellent séjour avec nos deux enfants en Dordogne, une vraie petite aventure 😄. Le Van est tout neuf, donc très propre, bien équipé, confortable et la conduite très agréable avec sa boîte auto. Il s agissait de notre première expérience de location de Van, Sylvene et Vincent ont pris le temps de nous montrer l utilisation, la communication est très facile.
Conseil: Ne pas oublier de fixer le auvent au niveau des pieds.
Vous pouvez louer leur véhicule en toute tranquillité.
