- Must have held a valid category B driving licence for at least 2 years (a copy of both sides of your driving licence must be added to your profile)
- For all UK licence holders: Renters must provide Yescapa with a licence check which can be generated on the DVLA website in order to verify that your licence is acceptable under the insurance policy
- Must not have an occupation which goes against the insurance conditions.
Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Wurden von der Frau eingewiesen. Kannte sich nicht so gut aus mit dem Fahrzeug, war aber sehr bemüht und holte sich über Telefon die Unterstützung des Mannes.
Auto ist ein Automatik Diesel . Ist gut und sicher gefahren. Hatten etwas Probleme mit der Alarmanlage, die ohne Grund anfing zu tönen. Hatten leider kein Anschlusskabel um Strom am Campingplatz zu bekommen.
Insgesamt trotzdem zufrieden für den Preis. Bei den engen englischen Straßen ist die Größe sehr angenehm.

The campervan is very old and aircon does not actually provide cold air it just circulates hot air. However it was fine for a 2 night trip not too far away. The awning was tempremental and we had to get the owner of the campsite to help us figure out how to open it. The bed is also very hard to put it back to seats.

Firas was so lovely and the van had everything you need. A little old but still drives well for a cheerful weekend on the road. Space for 2 adults with the bed in the roof, couldn't have fitted a 3rd I don't think.
