If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Notre voyage c'est super bien passé, le van est pratique et agréable à conduire. Santiago a été très accueillant et disponible pour tous ce dont nous avions besoin. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Santiago was nice and explained to us a lot of things about the van and about the island since this was our first camper van experience. I had more expectations related to the car: the lights were not properly functioning so we had to always be careful to find a place to park it before the night was coming. But even if it is an old car and one needs some driving skills to drive it, it took us everywhere we needed to be (not without stress), even on El Teide volcano.

Très belle expérience ! Le fourgon fonctionne très bien . Il était nickel. Santiago est très sympa et réactif.
Petit bémol sur la taille du lit qui ne fait pas 1,80m .
