If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

It was the first time for us to rent a campervan but it will definitely not be the last time. We had a wonderful experience travelling as a young family through northern Spain - very beautiful landscape, nice people, great camping spots and easy travelling. The camper was fully equipped with everything you need to have a safe and comfortable travel (even a child seat for our little daughter was no problem). Jaime was extremely nice and helpful, he took enough time to explain everything to us and we could always reach out to him if we had any questions during our travel. He even feched us at the hotel before our travel with the camper started and brought us back to the city centre of Santiago after the rental period which was very comfortable for us. Thanks a lot for everything, Jaime!
