The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Fue una experiencia increíble. La furgoneta tiene todo lo necesario y funciona perfectamente, ahora la echamos de menos. Los propietarios un 10! Nos ayudaron absolutamente en todo y hasta tuvimos un fallo con el camping gas y vinieron a cambiárnoslo sin ningún problema. No es fácil encontrar gente así y sin duda es lo único que nos encontramos en este viaje. Gracias!! Lo recomendamos al 100%

Todo genial! Alejandro ha sido flexible con el alquiler y hemos recibido muy buen trato por su parte. La furgo es cómoda, está equipada al completo y va muy bien de motor. Es perfecta para viajar!!!

El viaje fue "sobre ruedas" todo muy fácil con Alejandro un gran tipo. La furgóna está bastante bien, cuenta con aire acondicionado, ducha... Todo bien pensado. Lo recomiendo.

Con ALejandro todo muy bien, es una peersona muy atenta y siempre disponible cualquier cosa pase. El viaje en furgo has ido una pasada, furgoneta equipada con todo para un viaje relajante!! Lo aconsejo muchisimo!

Viaje estupendo!
Alejandro fue muy amable, flexible a la hora de la recogida y entrega del vehículo y aconsejandonos con la ruta que habíamos elegido.
El vehículo estaba totalmente equipado, y Alejandro nos dejó recambio de todo. La furgoneta era cómoda para la conducción y el descanso y la limpieza adecuada.
Lo aconsejo, nosotros repetiremos sin duda.
