Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Todo genial! Jose y su pareja muy agradables y cercanos, cualquier duda estaban ahí! El viaje una pasada y la furgo aguanto bien todo la tralla que la dimos! Muy buena experiencia y si volvemos por la zona, no dudaremos en repetir!!

Furgo perfecta para 2 personas, no le falta de nada. Lo más importante en una experiencia así es tener contacto con el arrendador para resolver posibles dudas o incidencias y en este caso la disponibilidad y comunicación con el propietario fueron excelentes.

La expreciencia ha sido genial! He viajado con mi pareja y nuestros dos bebes perrunos, gracias por recibir con los brazos abiertos a los peludos. Los propiertarios de 10, era nuestro primer viaje en camper y han hecho que fuera mucho más fácil puesto que han estado por nosotros en todo momento, són super atentos y amables y estamos muy agradecidos. La camper además es genial, muy cómoda y completa, tiene mil detallitos que hacen la estancia mucho más cómoda. La recomiendo!!!

The van drives great on the freeway and is super easy to drive.
The owner was extremely easy to get in contact with and arrange pickup and drop off times.
I would definitely rent from again, and the van has all of the things you could ask for (tv, fridge, hammock, pots and pans, pillows, toilet, blankets)
Things that could make the experience better:
1. Having a full water tank instead of half a water tank to start out with. That way you can start your trip with an empty waste water, and a full fresh water
2. The speakers in the van only work on the front left side of the driver, this made long drives a bit bland with only 1 speaker working.
3. The cigarette plug power doesn't work and made it difficult to keep a phone charged while we are in the cabin driving.
4. Some of the drawers and latches do not work as well as they should and so they open up at times when you are driving
Other than that, the van is spectacularly easy to be in and I would not hesitate to rent again.
The owner was super friendly and amazing at explaining things and providing all the necessities for a fantastic trip. I would definitely rent it again

Experiencia genial! La furgo es super comoda, tiene muchos detallitos que te hacen la estancia más acogedora. Muy facil montar y desmontar la cama, así te queda un espacio enorme para moverte por el interior sin problema. Jose Luis nos puso todas las facilidades para recoger y entregar la furgo, y estuvo pendiente durante el viaje cuando le consultábamos alguna cosilla.
Repetiremos!
