If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

The communication with Josè is perfect. All is clear since the beginning and he is so flexible. We pick up the carvan directly from the Airport of Santander paying an extra of 50€ and Josè was there ready to start the travel without loosing so much time. The caravan is in good condition and there is inside all the necessities also for the cold days (warm water, heating, etc). The caravan is really confortable since it is huge (is it for 6 and we were 4, with 2 small kids). Josè provide us also the car seats for them. My family enjoi a lot, the kids even more. I suggest.
Next time i will ask for the possibility to have 2 bicycles since move the beast sometimes is complicated in small villages.

José Is a very nice and gentle person. He explained every useful informations and advices clearly and gently.
The campervan was perfect, easy to drive (was the First Time for me driving a campervan), very clean and comfortable.
