Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

La disponibilité, la rapidité de réponse et la flexibilité des propriétaires ont rendu ce voyage beaucoup plus simple et beau !

Nous avons récupéré le véhicule a Calais sans soucis. Nous étions tres surpris de la condition général du RV. Il était incroyable propre et en tres bonne condition. Tout l'équipement nécessaire était a notre disposition et les propriétaires se sont assuré qu'il nous manque de rien! Merci pour tous! Nous avons eu une expérience incroyable!

Quelle incroyable première fois. Nous sommes aller jusqu'à l'île de skye avec le superbe camping car de Sara. Le véhicule est très moderne et très bien équipé. Rien ne manque. Très propre, très confort. Un vrai plaisir de voyager à son bord. Le contact avec Sara fut tres facile. Nous recommandons vivement de tenter l'avanture !!!
