Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Un accueil ouvert et souriant d'Olivier, tout le fonctionnement du camping car a été expliqué rapidement. Le véhicule n'est pas tout jeune, c'est sûr, mais fonctionne tout de même parfaitement, et est dans un état esthétique et de propreté très correct.
Le retour a été compliqué par baucoup d'embouteillages, Olivier a été très compréhensif pour un retour du véhicule à une heure tardive.
En résumé, un véhicule agréable, qui remplit parfaitement son office, et des loueurs agréables également, et efficaces.

Pour une première expérience en camping car c'est super, Monsieur Martineau (le propriétaire est super gentil) le camping car est bien équipé pareil qu'un nouveau modèle et même plus à petit prix, ce n'est pas un véhicule neuf mais il faut avoir la main pour conduire des véhicules atmosphérique. Je recommande vivement ce camping car.
