Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Los propietarios son encantadores. Era la primera vez que íbamos con un furgoneta camperizada y nos explicaron todo con mucho detalle y amabilidad. También nos proporcionaron información sobre que visitar en la isla. El trato muy cercano y maravilloso. La furgoneta está muy bien, tiene todos los detalles para pasar varios días recorriendo la isla. Pasamos el día recorriendo las maravillas que tiene Mallorca para recorrer, por la noche, ducha y visitar algún pueblito. Se descansa bien en ella. La recomendamos y esperamos volver en próximas vacaciones. ¡Un maravilla!

Era la primera vez que alquilaba una furgoneta camperizada y la verdad es que la experiencia ha sido muy gratificante. Los dueños son muy atentos y amables y nos acompañaron durante todo el proceso.

Alquilamos mi pareja y yo la vans de Javi y Carol para un par de días. Los propietarios son muy amables y atentos a cada detalle, son estupendos. Te dan facilidades para recoger la furgoneta. El vehículo viene equipado con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días espectaculares en la isla, como baño con ducha, cocinilla, nevera, cajones para la ropa, mesa y sillas plegables, accesorio para transportar bicicletas.... Todo muy cómodo y a mano. Totalmente recomendable!! Repetiremos sin dudarlo.

Carolina y Javier sont vraiment très sympathiques, répondent à toutes nos attentes et leur Camping-car est très bien équipé, avec tout le confort nécessaire pour voyager en totale autonomie pendant plusieurs jours.
L’île est paradisiaque et il faudrait pouvoir y passer plus d’une semaine pour en apprécier tous les beaux endroits.
Nous recommandons la location de ce camping-car pour ses équipements et la gentillesse de Carolina et Javier.

Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo noleggiato per 12 giorni il furgone di Carolina e Javier che fin da subito ci hanno dimostrato di essere pronti e capaci di poter offrire un servizio perfetto!
il furgone è esattamente come si vede in foto e quindi in ottime condizioni e con tutti i servizi elencati.....
Inoltre una volta pagato, ci hanno fornito tutte le varie informazioni in merito ad applicazioni scaricabili, strade da poter percorrere e tips utili per la navigazione sulla isla.
mi sento di dare un ottimo punteggio e consiglio vivamente il loro furgone
