In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Estupendo vehículo y buena atención del propietario. Tiene todo lo necesario y detalles ("kit de bienvenida") agradables, en carretera se disfruta mucho y responde bien. Camas cómodas, bastante espacio interior y buena distribución... Cuando nos surgió alguna duda de funcionamiento nos la resolvió con inmediatez, mostrando toda la disposición a ayudar ante alguna incidencia que tuvimos. Muy recomendable

INMEJORABLE!! Hemos pasado una semana de vacaciones inolvidable en Cantabria. La autocaravana está perfectamente equipada con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unos días en la naturaleza. El interior es súper cómodo y acogedor. Además recibimos la autocaravana impoluta y con la nevera llena de cositas ricas, la mejor manera de empezar el viaje. La conducción era cómoda tanto en carreteras convencionales como en autopista. Y los dueños encantadores, poniendo total atención al detalle y dispuestos a resolver nuestras dudas desde el primer minuto. 100% recomendable.

We had a DREAM holiday in Dream Camper. Dream camper was easy to drive (even for two Aussies who have never driven on the left hand side!) and was a very comfortable home for us and our 3 year old, too!
Diago and Mary gave us impeccable customer service and all the support we needed along our journey (including stocking van with essentials and the kitchen with thoughtful supplies). The van has a gorgeous Aesthetic and very comfortable beds as well as all the things you need to live your van-life fantasy!
We would not hesitate to recommend this van and these hosts. Thank you for a unforgettable experience!
