If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

La location s'est très bien passée. Dajana et Robert on été très sympathiques lors de la prise de contact puis lors de la prise du véhicule.
Le véhicule est en parfait état, bien agencé (grand frigo, placard,lit) et Dajana et Robert l'ont très bien équipé pour nous (vaisselle, nécessaire de cuisine neufs) et le forfait qu ils proposent et que nous avons pris (linge de lit et de bain, détergent et papier toilette) était très généreusement fourni.
La remise du véhicule a été très sereine.
Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Ha sido una experiencia inolvidable visitar Alemania y Austria en la AutoVan. La familia que nos alquiló la furgoneta es muy amable. La AutoVan es perfecta y está muy cuidada. y cómoda.
