If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

We had an amazing time in Carlos' van!
The van is conform to the description (only small inconvenience was the toilet in a plastic bag), very easy to drive and park. We use park4night to find places to sleep and it was perfect!
The shower (hot!!) is really enjoyable for windy and cooler evenings!
We really recommend this van! Carlos was so nice and the communication was nice and easy!

Carlos is incredibly courteous and helpful. The kind of person that’s rare to find these days, with big heart and only worried abt the customer experience. This campervan is a DREAM. Super autonomous and economic with solar power - it has everything you’ll need. Our trip was only 15 days, but we could stay living in this van for years. I’ll definitely come back and super recommend!
