Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Nous avons passé un super séjour, le van est très bien équipé, agréable à conduire et confortable.
Jérôme et Melinda sont des hôtes très bienveillants, arrangeants et disponibles ! Je ne peux que recommander la location de ce van auprès d'eux :)

Superbe expérience ! Le camion est très fonctionnel et confortable. Les propriétaires sont attentifs et expliquent très bien le fonctionnement avant le départ. On recommande les yeux fermés ! Merci !

Très bonne 1ere expérience suite à la location de ce fourgon aménagé. Le véhicule est neuf très bien équipé et hyper pratique à l'usage. Les propriétaires sont très réactifs et nous ont très bien conseillés tant pour l'utilisation du véhicule que pour le tour en Bretagne nord que nous avons effectué. A recommander sans hésiter.
