Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Ottima esperienza con il vintage van Ulisse, ha i suoi anni ma se li porta davvero bene! Il furgone è molto compatto e funzionale, con un minimo spirito di adattamento ci si può sentire davvero a casa. Ho fatto un viaggio tra Lazio e Abruzzo, attraversando monti, laghi e boschi in compagnia del mio cane Dylan e siamo stati entrambi molto contenti. Il proprietario è sempre stato gentile e disponibile.

Siamo una coppia con una bimba di 1 anno! Siamo stati felicissimi con Ulisse, è proprio diventato la nostra casetta su ruote x il nostro viaggio in Sardegna. Abbiamo preso il tragetto e girato per 10 giorni sul Isola. Il camper è molto facile da guidare anche se un po Vintage, consuma poco ed è comodissimo!!! C'è tutto il necessario dentro per fare l'ottimo viaggio! Francesco è anche molto disponibile se c'è bisogno (risp subito). C'è anche il seggiolino x bambini.

Ottima esperienza con Ulisse e i suoi gentilissimi proprietari. Abbiamo affittato Ulisse per 2 settimane e da Roma abbiamo raggiunto Croazia e Slovenia. Nonostante l'età del mezzo, confermiamo la sua funzionalità e i ridotti consumi. Gilda e Francesco, i proprietari, molto disponibili, cordiali e meticolosi durante consegna e riconsegna del mezzo e sempre raggiungibili via Whatsapp in caso di necessità.

Fantástico viaje en Camper saliendo desde Fiumicino hacia la Toscana (Siena, Firenze...) y terminando en Roma. Merece mucho la pena viajar de esta forma por Italia, pero recomendamos la búsqueda de lugares adecuados para la pernocta previo a viajar.
