Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Découverte de la vanlife avec Marcel au top !!! Il nous a permis d'effacer toutes nos craintes de débutants et de découvrir cette vie pleine de liberté. Les propriétaires sont vraiment hyper gentils, rassurants et visiblement très heureux de faire découvrir ce style de vie ! Des vacances du coup bien trop courtes à notre goût... Mais nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Extraordinaire expérience qui restera gravée dans notre mémoire comme un très joli souvenir! Le van est aménagé avec amour; c'est juste une perle, un rêve... hyper cosy, bien aménagé, tout est neuf... Fred et Emilie ont été des guides innattendus qui nous ont aidés à préparer notre voyage de 4 jours dans leur magnifique région, ils sont hyper gentils, ouverts et flexibles! En toute simplicité, une formule canon pour découvrir le Luberon et les Alpes de Haute- Provence.
