Cancellation terms

In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.

The booking is confirmed

If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

30 days before departure

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Departure

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Tivemos umas férias espetaculares com a ajuda do senhor Joaquim e Sara Eugénio que estiveram sempre disponíveis durante o aluguer todo.

A autocaravana é muito boa, limpeza 5 estrelas, muito cuidada. Não tivemos problemas nenhuns com ela. Tanto o senhor Joaquim Eugénio como a Sara Eugénio são pessoas muito simpáticas, sempre disponíveis e muito acolhedoras. Adoramos a experiência 5 estrelas para o proprietário, 5 estrelas para autocaravana.

O aluguer correu muito bem. O Sr. Eugénio foi uma pessoa super prestável e correta. Para viagens longas e em alturas muito quentes, aconselho uma viatura com ar condicionado. Mas de resto a viatura está em muito bom estado. Voltarei alugar com certeza.
