Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Superbe première expérience en van le temps d'un week-end ! Contact super rapide avec Joakim, envoie des documents à l'avance, et explications hyper claires du véhicules pour une novice comme moi ;-). Le van est en excellent état et tout confort ! Son point fort : suffisamment spacieux pour des week-end pluvieux... je recommande. Encore merci Joakim!

Nous avons passé un super séjour de 3 semaines avec le van de Joakim en parcourant la France et le nord de l'Espagne.
Super expérience! Aménagement parfait pour nous 3 (deux adultes et notre fille de 4 ans).
Van de taille agréable (pas trop grand) mais qui offre un chouette confort (beaucoup de rangement, cuisine fonctionnelle, douche chaude, etc.).
Nous vous le recommandons !
Propriétaire très sympa, à l'écoute et réactif en cas de question. Manuel complet pour l'utilisation du van sans soucis ;-)

Uitstekende huur!! Contact met de verhuurder zeer vlot en heel goeie uitleg. De camper is zoals op de foto’s, compact, netjes, alles aanwezig. Voor herhaling vatbaar!
