Cancellation terms

The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine avec le fourgon de Gwenaelle, pour une visite du Finistère sud, avec de magnifiques plages et paysages.
Le fourgon est en excellent état, et très pratique (nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants). Tout l'équipement nécessaire est présent (dont les draps avec couettes, oreillers), ce qui permet de réduire les bagages.
Propriétaires très sympathiques, et disponibles par téléphone en cas de questions.

Très bon accueil par les propriétaires du fourgon. Véhicule récent très bien équipé, en parfait état c'est idéal pour passer des vacances en liberté. A essayer sans hésitation !
