Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

All was great! The car was somewhat smaller than we expected although everything we needed was there. Also very easy communication with the owner who was very facilitating. Would haplily rent with him again!

The van has everything needed for excursions to the island, stable and reliable, it did not give any problems during the trip.
It might seem small but inside the space is ample both for sleeping and for using the kitchen and the table for eating.
Gaston has always been available for any need, clear in his explanations and ready for any difficulties.
Very satisfied with the vehicle and its capabilities.

It was the first time I did a trip like this on a van and I really enjoyed it. Marcelo explained me everything and gave me some advice on where to go. The van is old, but easy to drive and it has everything you need. I can recommend :)
