Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

La location s est très bien passée. Myriam à été au top au moment de la prise en main du véhicule et nous a bien conseillé au préalable sur la préparation de notre road trip.

Nous avons eu un trés bon accueil de la part de la propriétaire, qui nous a donné toutes les explications utiles. Le camping car etait très propre, correctement équipé et a correspondu à notre attente. Belle expérience à refaire.

Treès bonne première expérience avec un camping car. Aucune difficulté particulière, juste fait connaissance avec les nombreux processus à mettre quand même en place pour 10 jours de tourisme intinérant en CC.

Bonjour, une belle première expérience avec un très bon accueil de Myriam qui nous a vite mis a l'aise et en confiance. Le séjour s'est très bien passé, nous garderons un très bon souvenir de la prise du camping car jusqu'à sa restitution. Un grand merci à Myriam pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité.

Myriam a ete super extra chaleureuse en nous accueillant et mettant a disposition le camping car plus tot que prevu pour se caler sur nos dates de vacances malgre son propre emploi du temps tres charge. Myriam prend vraiment bien soin de son camping car. Le camping car est impeccable, facile a manoeuvrer et a gerer apres un «cours» tres detaille de Myriam pour se mettre en confiance. Tout fonctionne tres bien meme apres 3 semaines de location en montagne! On a passe de super vacances inoubliables! Un vrai petit nid douillet tout comfort a emmener partout, vous allez adorer! Communication avec Myriam super facile tout le temps!
