Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Tanto Iñaki como Lorea estuvieron súper pendientes de todo, y siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos.
La autocaravana una pasada. Te quedas con ganas de más.

Hemos estado de lujo en la autocaravana de Iñaki y Lorea, su atención, disposición y explicaciones de 10.
La autocaravana es muy cómoda, súper espaciosa, sorprende lo luminosa que es!! Las camas una gozada, y en ella hay todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta.
La conducción del vehículo sin problemas, responde muy bien y se maneja perfectamente.
Sin duda para repetir!!

Era la primera vez que utilizábamos una Autocaravana y nos surgían muchas dudas, pero la experiencia ha resultado muy positiva. La autocaravana está perfectamente equipada, muy bien cuidada y muy limpia. Dispone de hasta el último detalle que puedas necesitar. Los propietarios solventaron todas nuestras dudas y nos ayudaron en todo momento. Sin duda, volveremos a alquilar esta autocaravana

Je recommande vivement cette location. Inaki et lorea sont très accueillants et d'une grande gentillesse et ont un camping car super bien équipé, bien préparé, tout confort. Ils donnent des conseils et sont toujours dispos en cas de soucis. Lorea parle très bien le français ce qui facilite les échanges. Si je le pouvais, je repartirai des que possible avec ce camping car tout confort avec ma famille de 5 personnes
