Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Abbiamo scelto il furgone di Oscar dopo una lunghissima ricerca e non potevamo essere più felici di come è andata la vacanza!
Oscar è davvero un ragazzo squisito e ci è stato accanto durante tutta la vacanza, sempre disponibile ad aiutarci o a rispondere alle nostre domande.
Il furgone, da noi ribattezzato Amarillo, è bellissimo, molto comodo e dotato di tutto quello che serve per vivere in serenità la vacanza!
È stata una vacanza bellissima ed è stato sopratutto grazie ad Amarillo! 💛

Pasamos 3 días en Ibiza increíbles. Oscar es un tío estupendo, siempre atento a todas nuestras dudas. Su furgo es un sueño, muy fácil de llevar, se nos acercaron a preguntarnos por ella varias veces en nuestro viaje ya que llama la atención de todo el que la ve. Tiene todo lo necesario, muchos compartimentos para almacenar y a destacar; los fuegos, se nos hizo muy fácil cocinar y en Ibiza ahorrarte unas comidas fuera creo que es necesario 🥴😅 opción TOP para pasar unos días en Ibiza, la mejor decisión.

Excelente experiencia con la camper de Oscar! La camper dispone de todo lo necesario con espacios muy bien aprovechados. Un 10 como anfitrión, sinceridad absoluta en todo momento y siempre atento, nos recomendó lugares a visitar y nos recogió y devolvió al aeropuerto. Repetiríamos sin duda alguna.

Il van non è in condizioni di essere affittato. Ha presentato un problema serio al motore che durante la normale guida perdeva potenza e non accelerava. Il proprietario ci aveva detto che gli era stato notificato da altri ospiti ma che guidando correttamente non dava problemi. Bugia! In più, il radiatore perde acqua, una ruota si sgonfia sempre e l'età dei pneumatici è chiaramente più vecchia di quella dichiarata nell'annuncio. Internamente il van ha un solo mobile di legno con un cassetto rotto e i fermi degli sportelli di scarsa qualità (alcuni già rotti) che a volte si aprivano in marcia. Le condizioni di pulizia interna alla consegna erano solo apparenti, abbiamo anche pulito l'interno del van e le stoviglie prima di utilizzarle, oltre a lasciarle pulite alla fine. Gli asciugamani forniti erano vecchi e macchiati.
Abbiamo ritirato il van di sera, per cui ci siamo rese conto delle condizioni solo il mattino seguente.
Il proprietario, Oscar (che negava di essere il proprietario del van) è stato avvisato del problema al motore e ci ha solo proposto di contattare noi yescapa per chiedere un altro veicolo. Poiché la nostra vacanza era già breve non abbiamo voluto sottrarre tempo e abbiamo continuato nel van di Oscar con prudenza e attenzione (gonfiare la gomma, ricaricare acqua nel radiatore, aggiustare il cassetto quando cadeva....)
Alla restituzione Oscar ha anche provato anche a non restituirci l'intera caparra!
Per i disagi subiti gli avevamo chiesto di non farci pagare la benzina né per accompagnarci in aeroporto (all'andata si è preso €40), ci aveva risposto che andava bene e invece alla consegna ci ha fatto storie e voleva anche trattenere la metà della caparra....
Alla fine abbiamo pagato noi la benzina, lui ci ha dato la caparra versata e €30 per il taxi.
E nel contratto di chiusura (che non ci ha fatto leggere ma solo firmare) si è anche permesso di scrivere che abbiamo restituito il van sporco...
Non fidatevi di Oscar.
