Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).

If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred to a Rental Credit which will allow you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle owned by this owner), for the dates of your choice.

I had an incredibly nice time with the van on Fuerteventura. The van has everything you need, is super easy to drive and is very well maintained and clean. Alquilamos la furgoneta de Alex durante una semana para hacer ruta por el norte y fue genial. Antes de comenzar el viaje nos explicó las funcionalidades que había incluido en el vehículo y estuvo disponible durante todo el viaje para las dudas que nos iban surgiendo.
La furgoneta está camperizada por él y es impresionante y acogedora. Lo mejor de todo es que la experiencia fue muy auténtica ya que no parece típica furgoneta de alquiler con el logo de la empresa lo que añade mucho flow al asunto :).
En resumen, Alex es muy majo, atento y recomendaría 100% alquilar su furgoneta.

Nuestra experiencia con la Camper de Alex no se puede definir con otra palaba q no sea MARAVILLOSA.
Alex ha estado en todo momento super atento y preocupándose xq todo fuese bien. La furgoneta va perfecta de motor y es super cómoda para dormir. Tiene lo imprescindible para una escapada.
