Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.
Departure
Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Alberto, el propietario, muy agradable, nos explico todo cómo funcionaba sin ninguna prisa. Aclaró todas nuestras dudas y todas las condiciones del alquiler, además muy buenos consejos a la hora de viajar con su autocaravana.
La autocaravana se encontraba en perfectas condiciones tanto en su interior como su exterior.
La limpieza, un 10, estaba perfecta y con el depósito de agua y combustible lleno.
Ha sido un placer tratar con Alberto y conducir su vehículo

Sehr gute Organisation. Sehr freundlicher und kompetenter Vermieter. Fahrzeug konnte von uns bereits am Vorabend des 1. Miettages abgeholt und auch erst am folgenden Tag des letzten Miettages abgegeben werden. Wir hatten 2 große Hunde dabei und dank der vom Innenraum zugänglichen, sehr großen Garage sowie des schön breiten Mittelganges sehr viel Platz im Wohnmobil. Lediglich die Campingstühle für draußen hätten bequemer sein können und der Campingtisch passte von der Höhe her nicht zu den Stühlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden dieses Mobil auch noch einmal mieten.
