Cancellation terms
In the event of a cancellation, the reimbursement terms vary depending on the date on which the booking was cancelled.
The booking is confirmed
If the cancellation is 30 days or more before departure, you will be reimbursed 70% of the rental cost (insurance and service fees excluded).
30 days before departure
If less than 30 days before departure, no reimbursement will be possible, the total amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to cases of force majeure
If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure, you can benefit from adapted cancellation conditions. They allow you to postpone your trip at no cost.
The owner's remuneration will be refunded within 10 days after your cancellation. You will be able to use the remaining balance on your next booking, for the vehicle of your choice.

Véhicule très correct.
Tout s'est bien déroulé, à l'exception du retour, nous avions 10 minutes de retard, les propriétaires nous ont intimidés pour prendre une caution et faire l'état des lieux sans nous le lendemain.
Nous avions pourtant réalisé l'état des lieux d'entrée de nuit.
Dommage d'en arriver là.

Vous n'aviez pas 10min mais 2h30 de retard... vous n'avez laissé aucune caution en partant avec le Camping-car car et oui nous avons insisté pour prendre une caution et que VOUS REVENIEZ LE LENDEMAIN pour l'état des lieux en soirée avec des enfants en bas âge ce n'est pas pratique...
Vous êtes réellement de très mauvaise fois.

Le camping-car est très agréable à conduire et spacieux pour une famille avec 3 enfants. Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Laurie et son compagnon sont disponibles pour répondre à nos interrogations et arrangeants. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Les proprios sont adorables. Le camping-car correspond parfaitement à l'annonce, tout est fonctionnel dans le véhicule. La vaisselle, table, chaises, tapis, tout y est et de qualité. Nous étions 5 pour ce voyage (3 enfants), c'était génial. Nous relouerons ce camping-car sans hésiter parcee qu'il est vraiment grand et bien conçu à l'interieur :) Merci à vous !!
